Winter color guard is off to a great start!
With their show, a tribute to Rat Pack in really good shape. In our first competition at Halls High School, the color guard placed 1st in class High School A. This placed us ahead of many guards who have been competing for years in this class. We want to invite all to come and support us in our next two competitions at Virginia High on the 11th of February and on March 4th at Freedom Hall. Performance time at VA High is 6:30PM. Admission price is $5.00. The training guard is still meeting on Monday nights. If you know someone who wants to join guard for 2006, contact Mrs. Stites for details on how to join the training guard.
New York, March, 2007
Here are some quick statements
that we hope will clear things up: This trip is for all band students: Concert band, percussion,
and color guard.
Here is how signup works: March 1st will be our first signup time with a deposit
of $200.00 due at that time.
This deposit amount is non-refundable. A complete breakdown of trip costs and
choices will be ready for the February meeting. There will be the opportunity
for three
groups of people
to go on the trip: Students, chaperones (reduced rate), and tag-a-longs. We
reduce the rate for chaperones because of the number of responsibilities they
have.
Tag-a-longs travel at
a slightly higher cost.
