2026 Band Camp Fees

July 12 -  Band Camp Registration, 2-5 pm - Grand Topper Hall

  • 2-3:30 pm - students with last name A - K (drop in)

  • 3:30 - 5 pm - Students with last name L - Z (drop in)

 

July 13 - 17 - Band Camp Week 1 Schedule

Wind Players Only

Monday & Tuesday

  • 9 am - 12 pm, rookies and SLT members only - fundamentals outside

  • 12 - 1 pm, lunch (on campus, must bring lunch)

  • 1 - 4 pm, All wind players - Music rehearsals

Wednesday - Friday

  • 9 am - 12 pm, All members - fundamentals outside

  • 12 - 1 pm, lunch (on campus, must bring lunch)

  • 1 - 4 pm, All members - Music rehearsals

Percussion  and Guard Members

Monday - Friday

  • 9 - 5 pm with Lunch Break (on campus, must bring lunch)

Wednesday, July 15 - 4-5 pm

  • Band shoe fitting for new members and returning members that need new shoes - Check payable to music doctors for $50 (all returning members need to try on shoes they currently have)

July 20 - 24 - Band Camp Week 2 Schedule

Monday & Tuesday

  • 9 am - 8:30 pm - All Members (bring lunch, dinner provided)

Wednesday

  • 9 am - 5 pm - all Members

Thursday & Friday

  • 9 am - 8:30 pm - All Members (bring lunch, dinner provided)

 

Band Camp Letter - 

Required Band Camp Materials 

  • hat

  • sunscreen 

  • flip folder and lyre, reeds (wind players only)

  • fanny pack - order here

  • pencil

  • phone

  • running shoes with socks (no flip flops, crocks, boots, Chuck Taylors, etc.)

  • 1 gallon Igloo (any color) water jug We do not supply water during practice - must be 1 gallon
